Overall, this software has significantly improved our support workflow. Creating and managing tickets is intuitive, and the automated responses for common issues are a huge time saver. The reporting features are also quite useful for tracking trends and identifying areas needing attention. However, the mobile app could use some work; the interface feels clunky compared to the desktop version. Also, while the integration with our CRM is mostly seamless, there's a slight delay in updating information between the two systems. These are minor issues, though, and don't detract too much from the positive experience. I'd recommend this to other businesses looking to streamline their support.
