License Terms for Premium Products
1. Introduction
These License Terms ("Agreement") govern the use of all premium digital products available on PhpSouq, including but not limited to WordPress themes, PHP scripts, JavaScript applications, and other software. By purchasing, downloading, or using any premium product from PhpSouq, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. License Types
PhpSouq offers two types of licenses for premium products: Regular License and Extended License.
2.1 Regular License
- A Regular License grants the buyer the right to use the product under the following conditions:
- ✅ Can be used for one project (personal or commercial).
- ✅ Can be modified to suit project requirements.
- ✅ No attribution required unless explicitly stated.
- 🚫 Not allowed:
- ❌ Using the product in multiple projects.
- ❌ Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the product.
- ❌ Using the product in software that allows users to generate new versions of it.
- ❌ Using the product in a SaaS, commercial website, or application where the end-users are charged for access.
2.2 Extended License
- An Extended License offers more flexibility and allows the buyer to:
- ✅ Use the product in unlimited projects (personal or commercial).
- ✅ Modify and integrate the product into various projects.
- ✅ Use in commercial SaaS applications, websites, or software where end-users are charged for access.
- 🚫 Not allowed:
- ❌ Reselling or redistributing the product as a standalone item.
- ❌ Claiming ownership of the product’s intellectual property.
- ❌ Using the product in a way that competes with PhpSouq or similar marketplaces.
3. Restrictions
Regardless of the license type, users agree not to:
- Resell, distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the product.
- Use the product in any unlawful or unethical manner.
- Modify the product to create a direct competitor to PhpSouq.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
All products sold on PhpSouq remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership—only the right to use it as per these terms. PhpSouq and product authors reserve the right to take legal action against any violation.
5. Support & Updates
- Regular support may be included as specified on the product page.
- Updates are not guaranteed and depend on the product author.
- Support does not cover customizations, third-party integrations, or conflicts with other software.
6. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not offered.
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as non-functioning products or duplicate purchases, at PhpSouq’s sole discretion.
7. License Termination
PhpSouq reserves the right to terminate a license if:
- The user violates these terms.
- The product is used for illegal or unethical purposes.
- The user attempts to redistribute or resell the product without authorization.
Upon termination, users must cease using the product and remove all copies from their systems.
8. Changes to License Terms
PhpSouq may update these terms periodically. Continued use of premium products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
