This software is functional enough for basic ticket management. I like the straightforward interface and the ability to assign tickets to different team members. However, the workflow could be significantly improved. There's a lack of robust automation features, making repetitive tasks tedious. The reporting is also quite basic; more detailed analytics would be beneficial for tracking performance. It's adequate for a small team with simple needs, but larger organizations or those with complex workflows would likely find it limiting. It does the job, but it feels clunky at times. I hope future updates address some of these issues.
