I was really excited to try this out based on the hype, and honestly, there are some good things. The core concept is interesting and I did find some helpful exercises. However, the delivery felt clunky. The presentation was disorganized, jumping between different ideas without a clear structure. I also found some of the claims a bit exaggerated, and the practical application wasn't as straightforward as advertised. It needs a more streamlined approach and clearer examples to truly be useful for a wider audience. While I can see potential, it needs significant improvement before I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.
