I was excited to try this out, hoping for a streamlined e-commerce solution. The design is nice, and it's powerful enough for a decent-sized online store. However, navigating the backend is a bit clunky. Some features are buried in menus, and the overall workflow isn't very intuitive. I found myself spending more time figuring things out than actually building my store. Customer support was responsive, but the issue is more about the platform's usability than anything else. It needs a serious overhaul in terms of user interface and experience to be truly user-friendly. With a little work, it could be great, but as it stands, it's more challenging than it should be. A better layout and more clear instructions would improve things dramatically.
