I've been using this platform for a few months now and overall, I'm satisfied. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage products and orders. The template customization options are also quite good, allowing for a decent level of branding. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The SEO tools are a little basic and could benefit from more advanced features. Also, the reporting could be more comprehensive. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed it, but the knowledge base could be more thorough. It's a solid platform, but a few tweaks would make it truly excellent.
