I was hoping for more from this platform. The interface is clean enough, and getting basic products up was straightforward. However, the customization options felt limited, especially when it came to more advanced design features. The SEO tools were also underwhelming; I didn't see much improvement in my search rankings after using them. Customer support was responsive, but their solutions weren't always helpful.
